To ensure the best experience for all our clients, please take a moment to review our salon policies. Thank you for your understanding and support!
Appointments & Scheduling
Ruthmoh Salon operates by appointment only. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled. Walk-ins are not accepted.
Cancellations & No-Shows
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit.
Deposits
All appointments require a 30% deposit when scheduling. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled appointment if proper notice is given.
Missed Appointments
No-call, no-show appointments will result in a loss of the deposit and may require full payment before booking future services.
Children & Guests
For safety and comfort, no extra guests are allowed unless they are receiving services. Please arrange childcare in advance.
Service Satisfaction
If you are unsatisfied with your service, please let us know before leaving the salon so we can address your concerns promptly.
Payment Policy
We accept CASH, Zelle, and CashApp. Full payment is due before the service is finished.
Personal Belongings
Ruthmoh Salon is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. Please keep valuables with you at all times.
Health & Safety
If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment. We maintain a clean and safe environment for all clients.
Hair Preparation
Please arrive with clean, detangled hair unless your service includes washing. If detangling is required, an extra fee will apply.
Customer Conduct
We expect all clients to be respectful toward staff and other clients. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
Photos & Social Media
We may take photos or videos of finished styles for our portfolio and social media with your consent. Please let us know if you prefer not to be photographed.
Allergy & Sensitivity Notice
Please inform us of any allergies or scalp sensitivities before your appointment. Ruthmoh Salon is not liable for reactions due to undisclosed conditions.
Refund Policy
All services are non-refundable. If an issue arises, we will work with you to address it during your appointment.
Time for Service
Service times vary depending on the hairstyle. We will provide an estimated time when you book.
